All pieces seen in my shop are designed and handcrafted by me. I carefully handpick the materials, paying close attention to quality, color, shape and texture. I try to look for interesting and beautiful beads, feathers, fabrics and charms so all accessories are uniquely extraordinary. My materials come from all over the world, which adds to each piece’s exclusivity. I craft each item with care, so you are sure to get quality products. Most items are one of a kind so you are sure to stand out from the crowd in these exclusive handmade pieces.

Payment

I accept payment through PayPal. If you prefer an alternate method of payment, please message me before completing your order.

Custom Orders

Many items I make are one of a kind, so once they are sold, they cannot be duplicated. However, something similar and almost identical can be made in most cases. Because my creations are handmade, there are slight variances in most orders, but this adds to the uniqueness of your custom piece. If you see something that you would like to make small changes to, let me know and I can see if they can be accommodated. I am also willing to hear ideas for your own creations and try bring them to life for you.

Custom orders require a 25% deposit at the time of your order. This deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your order. Custom orders can take as little as one day and up to 3 weeks to create. I will let you know the estimated time frame at the time of your order.

Shipping

Please allow 2-4 business days for premade items to be shipped. Made to order items generally take 1-3 weeks to be shipped, depending on the specifications of your custom order. Please contact me at the time of your order to get a more accurate time estimate. If you need an expedited order, let me know the time frame and I will do my best to accommodate.

All items ship from the USA Monday through Friday through USPS. If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to include tracking or a faster ship time, just contact me and I’ll arrange it for you.

International Customers:
Items can take up to 6 weeks, but items are generally received sooner. Please contact me with your country for a more accurate estimate. Please contact me BEFORE completing your purchase to confirm shipping prices and options.

Purchasing tracking and insurance with your is not required, but advised. Items lost or damaged in the mail will not be replaced if no insurance or tracking was purchased. If your order is not received within the estimated time, please contact me. For packages with tracking and insurance, refunds or replacements will not be granted until 6 weeks from the original shipping date. This gives ample time to allow your package to get to you. Whether you purchase tracking/insurance or not, please let me know if you haven’t received your package so we can discuss options.

If you are located and Philadelphia, PA and would like to pick your order, contact me so we can make arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no exchanges or refunds on custom orders, feathered items, or sale items. However, if you are not pleased with your product for any reason, please contact me as soon as you receive it.  All other items can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Refunds will be issued through PayPal, minus shipping costs. If returning an item, I require that you cover the shipping costs and include tracking on the item.

I understand the limitations with online purchases where you can’t hold or see it in person. I am very flexible and open to hear your concerns, so contact me at any time. I create and ship my items with the utmost care and I am sure you will be pleased with your purchase. J

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order please send me a message as soon as possible.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it was shipped – I will refund your money via PayPal (both item’s price and shipping charges).

If you wish to cancel your order AFTER it was shipped, you will need to ship it back to me. Once I receive the item (unopened and in its original package and state), I will refund your money via PayPal (item’s price excluding shipping charges). Does not apply to custom orders.

 

 Additional Policies and FAQs

Sending a gift? I’m more than happy to specially gift-wrap your item. Contact with the specifications. Gift wrapping is a $2-$5 charge (depending on size of package).

Due to the declining economy, I am willing to accommodate those who wish to pay in installments. Contact me about a Layaway plan for your item/s (does not apply to custom orders).

Sometimes the color you see on your screen is not 100% identical to the color of the item. It all depends on your screen configuration. Contact me if you have questions about the color of an item.

If you break or damage your item and need it fixed, let me know what needs to be fixed and I can quote you a price. Many repairs can be done free of charge so feel free to contact as soon as it breaks.
